I’m j0hnny. I hack stuff.: This is a little disturbing.

We call them ‘googledorks’: An inept or foolish person as revealed by Google. Whatever you call these fools, you’ve found the center of the Google Hacking Universe!

For example, this search that reveals 178 FrontPage password files. The passwords are hashed, but still not something you want hanging out there.

Then there’s this simple search that just looks for the words “admin” and “mdb” in the URL. Sure enough, I got a list of over 200 Access databases, mostly in directories called “Admin.” On the fourth download, I found one with usernames and passwords — it was in a foreign language, but it was obvious what was what.
