Micropayments

BitPass: This is a new micropayment service, allowing you to charge as little as one-cent for your content or whatever you’re selling. You “buy” a BitPass card via PayPal or credit card. You can store as little as $3, making it within reach of kids and their allowances.

Jakob Nielsen has been swearing that micropayments are the Web’s future since 1998.
