Kolf: If you were unfornuate enough to get hooked on the Flash Putt Putt we posted last year, I think I found the source. Kolf is a putt putt game for KDE that I found on my new Fedora system. It looks like the Flash version was based on this.
Kolf is a world-class miniature golf game with block graphics and a 2d top-down view. Courses are dynamic, and up to 10 people can play at once in competition.
I don’t know about “world-class,” but it sure is fun.
I'm writing this entry from my new Red Hat Fedora Core 1 machine. It's very nice. Install was as simple as Windows (simpler, probably), and it's very functional right out of the box. It had network connectivity right away, and I can browse all my Windows shares…
Putt Putt: I don't know where this came from, or what it's doing at a Harvard URL, but it's addictive like crack.
I AM THE KOLF KING. ALL SHALL BOW TO ME OF LOSE.
