I was watching Rides tonight and it was all about customizing cars for famous people. They followed the reconstruction of Lawyer Milloy’s Hummer H2. They had all the standard stuff — 10” monitor in the dash, 7” monitors in the headrests, 10” subwoofers, etc. (why is all this stuff measured in inches?).
However, the coolest thing was a special holder in the console for Milloy’s iPod, so he could set it there, and output through his car stereo. They made it look completely factory, essentially building the new console around the iPod. We geeks should be so lucky.
