[Spam Wait makes] it necessary for a person or robot to wait fifteen seconds after accessing a comment form to post a comment. As humans generally take time to read an entry and write a comment, this should be unnoticeable. Hypothetically it should prevent most simple comment spam bots from functioning properly.
