SCO Ordered to Fess Up
Judge orders SCO to show Linux infringement: Start the countdown, folks, SCO has 30 days to actually reveal the infringing code in Linux.
IBM won a tactical victory Friday in a legal battle with SCO Group when a judge ordered SCO to show within 30 days the Linux software to which it believes it has rights and to point out where it believes IBM is infringing.
Geez, the nerve of the courts, to ask them to actually to explain why they’re suing on the biggest companies in American for $1 billion…
