Global Moxie: I played around with Big Medium, which is a new (v1.1) content management system. It’s not bad, thought it’s closed, meaning it manages content so long as your “content” consists of articles with a title, slug, body, etc.
They do have some neat things for pull-quotes and such, that were well done. The interface is simple and usable, and I have no doubt you could build a great site with it — the sites they set up for you if you request a demo are more complex than your average blog or PostNuke site.
It’s $129, and probably worth it, depending on your organization, need, and level of technical sophistication.
